Badonitech Services Terms of Service

Introduction: By using Badonitech Services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before engaging with our services.

Services Provided: Badonitech offers website development, application development, software development, WordPress development, CMS development, digital marketing, content writing, advertisement management, and graphic design services.

Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide accurate and complete project requirements. Any changes after project commencement may result in additional fees and extended timelines.

Payment Terms: Payments for services are due as per the agreed-upon contract. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Project Timelines: Delivery timelines will be discussed and agreed upon with the client. Delays due to client-side approvals or feedback will adjust the timeline accordingly.

Confidentiality: All client information shared with Badonitech Services will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the agreed-upon services.

Intellectual Property: Ownership of deliverables will transfer to the client upon full payment, except for pre-existing proprietary tools used by Badonitech.

Revisions: Clients are entitled to a limited number of revisions as per the project agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra costs.

Liability: Badonitech is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments must be settled.

Support & Maintenance: Post-project support is available as per the agreed terms. Ongoing maintenance services will require a separate contract.

Third-Party Services: If third-party services are required (e.g., hosting, APIs), the client is responsible for associated costs and compliance with third-party terms.

Warranty: Badonitech provides a limited warranty for its services, covering only defects that arise from its own work, excluding misuse or unauthorized modifications by the client.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved through amicable negotiations or mediation before pursuing legal actions.

Force Majeure: Badonitech is not responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters or technical failures.

Client Data: Clients must ensure that the data provided to Badonitech does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Governing Law: These terms will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Badonitech is based.

Modifications: Badonitech reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.

Communication: All communications regarding the services should be made via official channels as provided by Badonitech.

Acceptance: By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
